    What does 'no feeling is final' really mean?

    Feelings can be our guides, they can be clues. No feeling is final means that feelings change, they are not a final destination, we do not have to be at the mercy of our feelings. Feelings/emotions can be stored in our bodies showing up in various ways, and as you gain insight about them, then you have opportunities to move them out. The process can be slow, and with the help of Art Psychotherapy you can begin to understand how and why certain feelings/emotions show up at certain points in your life.
